We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our Business Development organization. This role is crucial in crafting and executing strategic marketing initiatives that enhance our brand’s visibility, support proposal efforts, and drive strategic growth. Ideal candidates will excel in a technical environment and effectively connect with government, commercial, and technical audiences. Key Responsibilities
Collaborative Content Creation:
Work closely with business development and technical teams to create impactful marketing materials and presentations aligned with our growth strategies Digital Content Management:
Oversee and enhance our digital presence, including website updates and social media engagement, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and regulatory compliance Event Coordination:
Plan and execute our presence at key industry events and trade shows (e.g., AIAA, Space Symposium), maximizing our brand exposure Communication Excellence:
Develop and distribute compelling internal and external communications, including press releases, newsletters, and success stories Performance Analysis:
Track and evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness, using insights to refine strategies and optimize ROI Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all activities adhere to federal acquisition regulations (FAR), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and company policies Customer Relations Support:
Enhance the use and capability of our corporate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools Qualifications
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Experience:
3+ years in marketing, communications, or business development, preferably in defense, aerospace, or government sectors Skill Set:
Exceptional writing and visual communication skills, tailored to meet the needs of technical and government audiences Technical Proficiency:
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, and CRM/marketing platforms Multitasking Abilities:
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting Citizenship Requirement:
