Role Overview The Junior Paid Media Specialist provides hands-on support for campaign execution, reporting, and platform maintenance. This role is intentionally in the weeds and focused on learning the mechanics of paid media platforms while creating capacity for more senior team members to focus on strategy and account leadership. This position is ideal for someone eager to learn, highly detail-oriented, and motivated to grow within paid media.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with campaign setup, trafficking, and QA across platforms
Make routine platform updates such as keyword adjustments, creative uploads, and budget changes
Pull reports and support performance tracking and pacing
Help maintain clean naming conventions, documentation, and workflows
Flag performance anomalies or issues for review
Learn platform best practices and optimization fundamentals
Strong execution support for mid and senior team members
Willingness to learn quickly and ask questions
Ability to handle repeatable tasks accurately and efficiently
Growing understanding of paid media strategy over time
Qualifications
0–2 years of paid media or digital marketing experience
Familiarity with at least one paid media platform preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Curious, coachable, and proactive mindset
