POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for 1:1 field training and classroom training for agents and county office staff.
PRIMARY DUTIES
Design, develop and implement training as designed and review training materials for accuracy
Travel to county offices to train office support staff, ensuring processes and procedures are followed
Collaborate with the Licensing Coordinator to ensure new agents and office staff meet pre-class requirements and that travel, lodging and expense logistics are coordinated
Coordinate training schedules with all trainers and SMEs conducting training during classes
Collaborate with Sales and Training & Field Operation to ensure agent and office staff training programs are coordinated and complimentary, identifying common training needs that can be leveraged to minimize duplication of work
Facilitate and conduct training as needed
Serve as a resource for training staff, sales staff and management
ADDITIONAL DUTIES
All other duties as assigned
MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
MINIMUM SKILL QUALIFICATIONS
Technical aptitude including the ability to quickly learn new systems
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding employee information
Excellent oral and written communication
Strong organization and time management skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of insurance systems and business processes
