Overview
Broadcast Management Group (BMG) is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day execution of marketing and communications across BMG’s core service lines: Managed Services (NOC, Cloud Master Control & Transmissions, MAM), Live Production, Studios, and Broadcast Systems Integration.
This is an early-career role (ideal for 1–3 years experience) for a detail-oriented, technically capable marketer who enjoys shipping high-quality work and learning fast. You’ll work closely with marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders (operations, engineering, production) to coordinate digital content, email marketing, CRM support, social media, website updates, and campaign execution.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Campaign Support (Email, Paid, Organic, Social)
Build and schedule email campaigns and newsletters to promote services, guides, and announcements.
Support marketing campaigns that drive inbound inquiries for Managed Services, Master Control, MAM, and Live Production.
Coordinate promotional timelines for webinars, events, case studies, and service launches.
Content & Communications
Draft, edit, and format short marketing copy (LinkedIn posts, email blurbs, landing page updates, announcements).
Maintain consistent brand voice across platforms (website, email, social).
Support press
ews updates and internal announcements as needed.
Website / CMS Updates
Update and maintain website content (service pages, resources, locations, and basic SEO hygiene).
Upload and format graphics, PDFs, and resources (guides/checklists, case studies).
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to keep service messaging accurate as offerings evolve.
Video Content Coordination (Website + Social)
Coordinate production of short marketing videos (briefs, scheduling, approvals, publish plan).
Package raw footage and notes for the editor (titles, captions direction, CTA links, required blur).
Publish videos to the website and social channels with the correct page alignment (e.g., studios, MAM, master control).
CRM & Marketing Operations
Maintain lists, segmentation, and data hygiene in the CRM (HubSpot preferred).
Support lead routing and campaign tracking (UTMs, form submissions, lifecycle stages).
Assist with reporting on campaign performance and pipeline activity.
Analytics & Reporting
Track and report on marketing performance: email metrics, website traffic, campaign conversions.
Pull basic reports from Google Analytics and CRM dashboards and share insights with leadership.
Team Support / Coordination
Assist with preparing marketing materials (one-pagers, presentations, capability decks).
Coordinate calendars and logistics for webinars, shoots, and internal review cycles.
Help keep projects organized and moving (status tracking, follow-ups, approvals).
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Working knowledge of a CMS (WordPress preferred) and comfort making content edits.
Familiarity with a CRM (HubSpot preferred) and list/data management.
Strong writing, editing, and attention to detail.
Comfortable working with technical subject matter and learning new tools quickly.
Highly organized and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting B2B services marketing (managed services, technology services, production services).
Basic design skills (Canva and/or Adobe tools).
Familiarity with email marketing tools, UTM tracking, and simple A/B testing.
Experience coordinating video content (scripting support, shot lists, basic post-production workflow).
