We’re hiring an Email Marketing Specialist to own retention execution across our client roster. You’ll build and optimize Klaviyo flows, campaigns, segmentation, and testing—turning customer data into revenue with clean systems and strong creative instincts. What you’ll do

Plan and send weekly campaigns aligned to offers and content Segment audiences and personalize messaging based on behavior + lifecycle stage Run A/B tests (subject lines, send times, creative, offers, landing alignment) Monitor performance weekly (revenue, CVR, deliverability, list health) and report insights Partner with creative (copy/design) to ship fast, high-quality emails Additionally, the role entails lead generation activities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align email marketing efforts with broader marketing objectives. What “good” looks like

Flows are clean, logically structured, and driving consistent revenue Campaign calendar is planned ahead and executed without chaos You can speak in metrics and make clear optimization decisions Requirements

1–3+ years in Klaviyo for ecom/DTC (or strong proof via results) Solid grasp of deliverability + list hygiene Comfortable working fast, async, and with feedback Nice to have

Copywriting chops CRO mindset (landing page alignment, offer framing) Experience with SMS Type

Contract to start (part-time), with room to grow into ongoing retainer work Qualifications

Proficiency in Email Marketing Software and Marketing Automation tools Strong skills in Marketing Analytics to measure and optimize campaign performance Experience in Lead Generation and building targeted email campaigns Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders Knowledge of email marketing best practices, including design, deliverability, and compliance Strong organizational and time management skills Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
