
Sales Representative - SIP Trunking (VoIP / FoIP)

Overview
T38Fax is seeking a tech-savvy sales professional with experience in the telecom industry to grow our popular T.38 Fax Over IP (FoIP) service. Our fax customers FoIP to fax reliably over SIP, so we are basically very similar to a VoIP service provider, just without the voice part.
Your Mission
Employ inbound methodology best practices to nurture leads into customers
Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport and preparing quotations
Forecast sales, develop and evaluate sales strategies
Meet personal and team sales targets
Close new accounts by answering telephone, fax, and e-mail inquiries
Maintain a relationship with and advocate for existing customers
Assess competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends
Your Track Record & Skill Set
Sales experience and knowledge of the telecommunications industry with an emphasis on VoIP
Experience with HubSpot preferred
Excellent written and verbal communications including polished writing skills
Proven success building new business relationships
Experienced in and comfortable with cold-calling
High degree of self-motivation, enthusiasm, and integrity
Experience working with multiple departments and managing multiple tasks concurrently
Strong organizational and time management skills
Capable of front-line interaction with customers and consultative selling

COVID Update We have always been a hybrid in-office/remote workforce with employees and contractors spread across several countries and many different timezones, and so we adapted quickly to a fully remote model during the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic. We have begun planning our return to our brand new, never-occupied office in Conshohocken, PA, and hope to continue settling in through the fall and into the winter. We do enjoy in-office work and hope to find individuals who would be open to working in person from our new office. This job can be partially or fully remote for the right candidate, but would prefer someone within driving distance to Philadelphia.
