
Overview
This exciting opportunity involves working with a new delivery program, where you'll recruit local businesses to join our client's partner program. In collaboration with a Field Manager and other local contractors, you'll visit potential businesses, pitch the program, qualify leads, guide businesses through the application process, drive referrals, and coordinate recruitment events.
Compensation Base Hourly Rate + Uncapped Commission + Mileage Reimbursement!
Responsibilities
Visit prospective businesses door-to-door in targeted areas such as Brooklyn and Bronx.
Present and pitch the new program opportunity to generate interest and applications.
Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process while managing lead activity in Salesforce.
Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events, such as lunch and learns and townhall meetings.
Collaborate with local influencers, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis.
Essential Skills
1-2+ years of field sales experience.
Proficiency in Salesforce and CRM systems.
Experience in sales management, door-to-door sales, and outside sales.
Bilingual proficiency required, with preference in the following order: Spanish, Mandarin, Russian.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Field sales experience is required.
Work Environment This is an in-field sales role, requiring up to five days of fieldwork per week. There are five headcount positions supporting both the Bronx and Brooklyn. Candidates should reside in Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, or Manhattan. The role offers uncapped commission potential, with additional bonuses for application processing and launches. A $50 monthly phone reimbursement is provided.
