Proven skills in Account Management and Customer Satisfaction Experience in Customer Service and Lead Generation Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions Proficiency with logistics systems and MS Office tools Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage Prior experience in logistics or transportation is considered a plus
