Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Dallas, TX for a Sales Account Manager. The Sales Account Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, manage customer accounts, develop and generate leads, provide excellent customer service, and foster customer satisfaction. The position involves working in a dynamic environment to ensure delivery of high-quality logistics solutions and meeting sales performance targets.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to build strong client relationships and ensure exceptional service.

Proficiency in Account Management to manage, maintain, and grow client accounts effectively.

Expertise in Lead Generation and Communication to identify new business opportunities and maintain clear, professional communication with clients and team members.

Strong problem‑solving abilities and a results‑driven attitude to meet targets and achieve sales goals.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment.

Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
