Support Sales Representatives and the Client Management team in the 2-1999 market by following SOPs for RFP and New Business/Add Issue submissions Manage RFP Inventory and Quote Process, ensuring timely and accurate information for competitive quotes Negotiate rates and approvals with Underwriting while collaborating with Sales Representatives and Producers Build strong relationships with brokers and underwriting staff to address customer needs and maintain profitability Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on Guardian systems and procedures, providing backup support as needed What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor\'s degree preferred 1-3 years of group insurance experience processing RFP preferred Knowledge of group insurance products and services as well as underwriting principles Proven success in servicing customers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Excellent written, verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with Salesforce Background in negotiations and consultative sales processes Familiarity with underwriting practices and principles Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams Strong analytical skills to assess customer buying triggers Additional Information
