What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Act as a designated Field resource to support Sales Representatives and the Client Management team
Manage RFP Inventory and Quote Process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
Negotiate rates and approvals with Underwriting while collaborating with Sales Representatives
Build strong relationships with underwriting, brokers, and their staff to meet customer needs
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on various employer systems and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree preferred
1-3 years of group insurance experience processing RFP preferred
Knowledge of group insurance products and underwriting principles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working with and addressing the needs of a field sales organization in a dynamic environment
Proficiency in Salesforce
