Junior Sales Associate
to join our AT&T Department. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers looking to explore and purchase AT&T’s wide range of products and services. You’ll play a key role in helping customers choose the best solutions to meet their needs while exceeding sales targets and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide tailored AT&T solutions (including mobile plans, devices, accessories, etc.) Drive sales by promoting and upselling AT&T products and services. Provide expert knowledge and advice to customers on AT&T products, services, promotions, and deals. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of AT&T’s offerings and any ongoing promotions. Assist customers with technical issues or concerns and direct them to appropriate support when necessary. Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals. Provide excellent customer service through in-person, follow up over-the-phone, and digital communication channels if needed. Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve issues in a timely manner. Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation. Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus. Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the telecommunications industry. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Enthusiastic, proactive, and goal-oriented attitude. Ability to multitask and stay organized. Basic technical knowledge of mobile devices and wireless technologies (preferred but not required). Why Join Us?
