We are looking for a
Sales Driver
to join us at the entry level, with the explicit goal of grooming the right candidate for an
Assistant Services Manager
role based on performance.
The Role This is a SALES position.
We are not looking for passive retail experience (folding clothes or scanning candles). We
ARE
looking for the "Gym Membership" sales mentality: someone who is driven to pitch, overcome objections, and close the sale while delivering high-end customer care.
What You Will Do
Drive Revenue: Your main metric is converting guests into members of our Healthy Lifestyle Program. You must be comfortable asking for the sale.
Manage the Desk: You are the "Air Traffic Controller" of the spa—managing phones, complex scheduling (Zenoti), and checking clients in/out with efficiency.
Earn Your Growth: We have a clear path for advancement. Prove you can sell and lead by example, and we will fast-track you to management.
Who You Are
Hand & Stone / Zenoti Pro: Previous experience working in a Hand & Stone or using Zenoti software is HIGHLY preferred. We want someone who can hit the ground running.
A "Hunter": You have experience in active selling (Gym memberships, leasing, commissions), not just order taking.
Professional: You understand that a top-rated spa requires punctuality, reliability, and a polished presentation.
Thick Skinned: You don\'t let a "no" discourage you; you use it to find a better solution for the guest.
Team Oriented: You want to work in an environment where everyone pulls their weight and success is shared.
