We are seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking Sales Manager – New Yacht Sales to lead our new yacht sales division into its next chapter. The Sales Manager – New Yacht Sales plays a pivotal leadership role in driving sales performance across all new yacht transactions. This position is responsible for setting and executing new yacht sales strategy, leading and developing the sales team, and driving sustainable revenue growth in alignment with brand and company objectives. The Sales Manager establishes sales direction, oversees pipeline development, ensures deal excellence, and maintains strong relationships with both clients and manufacturing partners. Serving as both a hands-on leader and trusted senior advisor, this role guides complex, high-value negotiations while ensuring an exceptional, end-to-end client experience—from initial inquiry through delivery and beyond. Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and manage sales teams, including setting performance targets and conducting regular evaluations Provide training and mentorship to sales staff to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and customer relationships Develop and implement sales strategies and objectives that align with the company's business goals Create sales plans, forecasts, and budgets, and monitor progress toward sales targets Manage and develop sales channels, including direct sales, partnerships, and distribution networks Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs Manage and monitor sales performance, key metrics, and forecasts, and provide regular reports to management Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement Oversee and manage inventory levels Plan and implement sales promotions and incentive campaigns Participate in contract negotiations and pricing agreements Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Ensure sales activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations Collaborate with other teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement sales process enhancements Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices Participate in sales events, trade shows, and exhibitions Required Qualifications

Proven experience in sales management and leadership roles, with a track record of achieving sales targets in the high-end boat and yacht market Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional leadership and team-building skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Strong negotiation and contract management skills Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer behaviors Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and make data-backed decisions Experience with sales CRM software and sales analytics tools including Salesforce Ability to travel to JBY office locations, national and international boat shows and events Ethical and values-driven leadership Benefits
