Job Summary Responsible for providing ongoing support for trade show activities such as establishing program agenda, overall project/timeline management, budget control, executing logistics, venue selection, systems development and conducting post‑event measurement/follow‑up to deliver an effective program of events for trade shows and other hosted conferences and events.
Key Responsibilities
Assesses trade show opportunities and evaluates their potential impact on business goals, ensuring the alignment of the company's participation with strategic priorities.
Coordinates with internal departments and external vendors to manage all logistics related to trade shows, including booth design, staffing, marketing materials and shipping.
Develops detailed plans for each event, including budgeting, timeline management, and resource allocation, ensuring that all trade shows are executed efficiently and effectively.
Implements processes to track ROI for each trade show, gathering feedback and analyzing performance metrics to measure success and make improvements for future events.
Establishes relationships with industry stakeholders, including partners, customers and suppliers to foster networking opportunities and promote the company brand and product offerings.
Helps establish and implement strategies to promote the company participation in trade shows, ensuring visibility through various marketing channels, including social media, email and direct outreach.
Forecasts the success of each trade show based on previous data, trends and market dynamics. Advise senior management on potential investments in trade shows and industry events.
Coach and train junior staff or vendors involved in trade show operations, ensuring adherence to procedures and best practices.
Delivers post‑event reports and analysis to senior leadership, providing recommendations for improvements based on customer feedback, competitor activity and internal objectives.
Performs other duties as assigned.
