Position Title:
Business Development Representative This position is essential for driving new business through appointment setting and closing service agreements in a dynamic emergency-response environment. The representative will build and nurture relationships with both commercial and residential partners, including insurance carriers, property managers, and builders. The role demands a proactive approach to exceed territory revenue goals through strategic outreach and networking. Success in this position requires a strong ambition to develop new industry connections and a commitment to maintaining a targeted prospect list. The representative must navigate challenges such as building a new pipeline and demonstrating consistent hustle in their efforts. Responsibilities
Establish and manage closing appointments while maintaining assigned contact lists Secure new service agreements with various stakeholders, including commercial buildings and insurance agents Engage in professional associations and attend marketing functions Maintain and expand the existing customer base Identify and compile a “Target 25” list of top prospects Conduct one-on-one meetings with owners to finalize appointments Achieve and exceed sales territory revenue goals consistently Requirements
Must have some restoration sales experience, including water damage, fire and smoke damage, mold remediation, storm cleanup, and emergency mitigation services Must have 3+ years of B2B experience in selling services Must possess ambition and drive to build new relationships in the industry Must have outbound hunter sales experience, consistently bringing in new clients Must have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas Any degree preferred Benefits
