
Job Description
The Associate Campaign Manager will work on-site at our Fortune 100 financial service client’s office in Dallas to support acceleration growth by acquisition and enhanced engagement across paid and owned marketing channels for one of their cobrand card programs. The Manager will be responsible for facilitating go-to-market campaigns from beginning to end. In this role, the Associate Campaign Project Manager will be tasked with leading the executional resources through each step in the campaign process to complete projects on time and without error.
The Details:
Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: 12-month contract, potential to extend
Onsite 4 days a week in client’s office in Dallas, TX

Description and Deliverables:
Manage individual go-to-market campaigns from kick-off through execution to completion
Create detailed timelines that enable projects to be completed on-time with defined resources
Lead project execution by implementing process for both paid and owned campaigns
Monitor internal executional resources to provide input on team's available bandwidth
Organize and lead cross-functional team meetings
Responsible for setting agendas, providing detailed notes, and formalizing action items
Identify areas of opportunity for process improvement and proactively communicates recommendations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of relevant work experience or High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of relevant work experience
Previous experience planning and managing small and medium projects across company’s various areas of business
Experience collaborating with partners on creative production, project planning, and resource allocation
Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
Extremely strong organizational skills including attention to detail, handling multiple priorities, managing tight timelines, driving flawless execution and problem-solving abilities
Able to identify complex problems and gather relevant information to elevate issues and suggest solutions to direct leadership
Proven ability to build and leverage relationships with internal and external partners
Ability to manage conflict, negotiation, and influence within project teams
Proficient Microsoft Office Suite skills
Ability to lead project teams through unplanned changes
