We’re entering an exciting new chapter in Ooni’s journey and, as part of our growth strategy, we’re looking for a Sales Coordinator (Logistics & Order Management) to join our US Logistics team.
This role sits within the Logistics organisation and plays a critical part in keeping orders flowing accurately and on time. You’ll own the operational backbone of sales execution - managing orders, systems, and inventory visibility so our Sales team can stay focused on selling more ovens and expanding our retail network.

Ooni operates a hybrid working model, with a minimum of 3 days per week (Tuesday–Thursday) in our Austin, TX office.
What You’ll Do
Order Fulfillment & Operations Own the end-to-end order lifecycle, from receipt and review through to release in the ERP, ensuring all customer- and retailer-specific requirements are met Process purchase orders, invoicing, and customer-specific order forms with speed and accuracy Partner closely with 3PL providers and warehouse teams to issue shipping documentation and ensure timely dispatch Support Amazon operations by creating and managing orders in Amazon Seller Central in collaboration with the Amazon team Coordinate the shipment of product samples and POS materials across the retail network Inventory & Data Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across NetSuite, SPS Commerce, Amazon Seller Central, and 3PL WMS platforms Monitor inventory levels across multiple locations, flagging risks early and coordinating with Supply Chain to manage backorders and prevent overselling Perform regular data cleansing and system “tidying” to ensure sales and inventory data remains reliable and actionable Act as a key liaison between Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Warehousing, ensuring smooth communication and execution Proactively communicate order exceptions, delays, and changes to internal teams and customers Identify recurring issues or inefficiencies in order flow or inventory management and support improvements to processes and ways of working Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as the team and business continue to scale What You’ll Need to Succeed
1+ years’ experience in sales coordination, order management, logistics administration, or a similar operational role Strong organisational and multitasking skills ... you can manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball A detail-oriented mindset and a genuine appreciation for process, accuracy, and follow-through Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners A proactive, solutions-focused attitude ... you don’t just spot issues, you help resolve them A desire to learn, improve, and grow alongside a fast-moving business Bonus Points If You
Have experience with ERP and EDI systems, particularly NetSuite and SPS Commerce Have supported sales administration, CRM management, or data analysis Have worked in a fast-growing or start-up environment Love pizza (not required… but it definitely helps ) Why Ooni
