Position: Business Development Representative

Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid, 4 days in office - Friday remote)

Compensation: $70,000-80,000 + up to $130k OTE

This position performs true sales functions including working hand-in-hand with assigned AEs to develop territory plans and prioritize accounts, while working directly with senior sales leaders who invest in your development. Responsibilities

Work hand-in-hand with assigned AE(s) to develop territory plans and prioritize accounts.

Schedule and qualify high-quality meetings that lead to new business opportunities.

Provide detailed prospect notes, call summaries, and research insights to ensure AE readiness before each meeting.

Attend discovery and follow-up calls to learn and contribute to the sales process.

Conduct company and contact-level research using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce to tailor outreach.

Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and relevant company news to personalize outreach.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all activities and results in Salesforce (SFDC).

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or a similar outbound prospecting role (or internship experience).

Proven ability to cold call, write compelling outreach, and book meetings with C-Suite and senior-level decision-makers.

Experience using CRM (Salesforce), Sales Engagement (Outreach), and Research Tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn).

Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

Self-motivated with a desire to grow into an Account Executive role.
