Bachelor’s degree plus 1-2 years of related experience in operations Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong project management background Familiarity with Google Suite, Salesforce, and Monday.com for data management Technical proficiency in reporting and analytics tools such as Tableau Ability to travel up to 10% for team retreats Preferred Qualifications
