What You'll Do BridgeBio is seeking a Sr. Manager, Market Access Marketing to support the tactical execution of U.S. Market Access strategies for acoramidis (Attruby), our commercialized therapy. This role will be a key driver of access pull-through, with a primary focus on pharmacist engagement and speaker bureau execution, while also supporting payer, field reimbursement, patient access, and HEOR-related initiatives.
This position will report to the Associate Director, Market Access Marketing. The ideal candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including but not limited to Market Access, Marketing, Medical, Analytics, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, Sales, and Training. Additionally, exceptional judgment, business acumen, discretion, communication skills, empathy, and strong relationship-building skills are necessary.
Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day execution of the pharmacist speaker bureau, including content development, speaker materials, program logistics, agency coordination, and compliance execution
Partner closely with Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance to ensure speaker content and materials are accurate, compliant, and aligned with approved messaging
Manage ongoing updates and optimizations to speaker materials based on field feedback, market dynamics, and evolving access needs as well as oversight on program metrics
Market Access Marketing Execution
Execute Market Access marketing tactics across payer, field reimbursement (FRMs), patient access liaisons (PALs), and HEOR audiences in alignment with overarching access strategy
Support the development and maintenance of payer value materials, reimbursement education tools, patient access resources, and internal training materials
Coordinate review and approval of materials through MLR/PRC processes, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Field Reimbursement, PAL, and payer-facing teams to ensure materials and programs support real-world customer needs
Partner with HEOR and Medical teams to translate clinical and economic evidence into clear, usable access materials
Collaborate with Training to support onboarding and ongoing education for access field teams
Manage day-to-day relationships with market access marketing agencies and vendors
Track timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure efficient and effective execution
Operational Excellence
Support market access planning meetings and provide executional updates to internal stakeholders
Monitor competitive access activities and support updates to materials as needed
Ensure all work reflects BridgeBio’s commitment to patients, quality, and compliance
Where You'll Work This is a hybrid role and requires in-office collaboration 3x per week in our San Francisco and Palo Alto offices.
Who You Are
BA/BS degree required; MBA, MPH, or advanced degree a plus
6–10+ years of experience in biotech/pharma, with demonstrated experience in Market Access marketing or related commercial roles
Strong understanding of the U.S. access landscape, including payer dynamics, reimbursement pathways, and patient support programs
Experience working with pharmacist-focused or reimbursement-focused educational programs strongly preferred
Proven ability to execute tactically in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Experience managing agencies and coordinating MLR/PRC review processes
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter with an ownership mindset and a passion for execution
15–20% travel anticipated

At BridgeBio, we strive to provide a market-competitive total rewards package, including base pay, an annual performance bonus, company equity, and generous health benefits. Salary range: $165,000 - $200,000 USD. The final salary offered will depend on factors including experience, education, location, and interview performance.
