Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role as an Assets Protection Leader, based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The primary responsibilities include ensuring the safety and security of stores, preventing inventory loss through retail loss prevention practices, and overseeing compliance with physical security protocols. The position also requires managing and preventing organized retail crime and operating or monitoring security systems such as Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV). The Assets Protection Leader will collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency while ensuring a safe environment for employees and guests.
Qualifications
Experience in Retail Loss Prevention and Organized Retail Crime Prevention
Knowledge of Physical Security measures and expertise in monitoring Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) systems
Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration and team engagement
Ability to maintain a proactive and detail-oriented approach to identifying and addressing security issues
Previous experience in retail, security, or law enforcement is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations
Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
