Job Overview
MDHHS is looking for Continuous Improvement Analysts at Departmental Analyst levels 9‑P11 and 12 to analyze program areas, develop process improvements, conduct workshops, and use metrics to drive data‑driven decisions.
Responsibilities
Analyze program areas within the department to maximize efficiencies and performance.
Develop and recommend process improvements through facilitation of process improvement workshops.
Analyze and utilize measures and metrics to monitor trends and support data‑driven decisions.
Qualifications
Education:
Possession of a bachelor’s degree in any major.
Experience:
Departmental Analyst 9 – No specific type or amount required.
Departmental Analyst 10 – One year of professional experience.
Departmental Analyst 11 – Two years of professional experience, including one year equivalent to the intermediate level.
Departmental Analyst 12 – Three years of professional experience, including one year equivalent to the experienced level.
Certified Facilitator in the State of Michigan’s Continuous Improvement Methodology at the 12‑level.
