
Preferred Credit Union is seeking a Member Services Representative for our Ludington branch. In this role, the successful candidate will provide superior member service to all members and prospective members, in person, online, and over the phone. The ideal candidate will be an outgoing, kind, courteous, respectful individual with an AMAZING ATTITUDE.
Responsibilities Responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to, the following duties:
Provide exceptional service by responding to member needs in person, via phone, or email with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions.
Address and resolve member concerns or complaints promptly.
Educate members about our products and services to help them meet their financial goals.
Work closely with team members and other departments to support overall credit union operations and initiatives.
Qualifications To be successful in this role you will need the following experience, skills, and attributes:
A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Prior cash handling and face-to-face customer service experience preferred.
Prior experience working in a financial institution (credit union or bank), in a member facing role helpful.
Strong communication skills verbally and written.
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with members and staff.
