This is a full-service frontline role where you'll assist members in-branch and by phone, process transactions, open accounts, and recommend solutions that support financial well-being.

What You'll Do Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions accurately Open, close, and maintain consumer accounts Assist members in-branch and by phone Identify member needs and recommend appropriate products and digital services Balance cash drawer and complete end-of-day procedures Maintain compliance with banking regulations and credit union policies What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills Attention to detail and cash-handling accuracy Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional, team-oriented mindset Prior teller, retail banking, or cash-handling experience preferred Compensation & Benefits
