Description
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who will be responsible for creating visually compelling marketing materials to support an award-winning national team of commercial real estate brokers. The ideal candidate will be responsible to design high-quality marketing pieces including offering memorandums (OMs), proposals, flyers, track records and custom projects.
Responsibilities
Create and produce marketing communications pieces for internal clients
Collaborate with team members to ensure visual materials align with broker strategy
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files, ensuring technical accuracy
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or fine arts preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an agency, corporation, or small business
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Experience with PowerPoint and Canva is a plus
Strong portfolio showcasing layout design and photo retouching skills
Excellent attention to detail, typography, and layout skills
Strong communication and time management abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to handle constructive feedback
Positive attitude, self-starter and strong problem-solving skills
Commercial real estate experience is a bonus
Online portfolio required
