
Trident Search are engaged with a Series A cybersecurity vendor looking for an experienced, strategic, and scrappy Field Marketing Manager to join as one of their first marketing hires.
In this role, you’ll build and execute programs that put the vendor in front of the right security buyers, driving pipeline through field events and targeted campaigns.
You’ll report directly to the Head of Marketing and work closely with vendors leadership team.
Candidates must be based on either East Or Central time zones only (EST/CST).
Responsibilities
Lead field, event, and partner marketing across all segments, driving pipeline growth and increasing visibility among enterprise security teams. Plan, build, and execute field marketing programs end-to-end. Launch and scale partner marketing programs from the ground up. Secure speaking opportunities for executive leadership and technical teams at high-impact industry events. Own the full event motion, including roundtables, roadshows, trade shows, and webinars, with clear goals and strong follow-through. Measure and report on impact, including MQLs, opportunities, influenced pipeline, partner-sourced deals, and ROI. Manage budget and resources to deliver high-quality programs efficiently. 3–5+ years of experience in field or event marketing, ideally within cybersecurity space. A proven track record of designing and executing marketing programs that generate measurable pipeline impact. Experience thriving in fast-paced startup or ambiguous environments, with comfort wearing multiple hats.
