*** Associate Field Marketing Manager (B2B Events) * Location: New York City (Mandatory In-Office)
* Flowcode leads the offline-to-online conversion platform, turning physical moments into digital actions at scale. With data‑driven design and next‑gen QR tech, 75% of the Fortune 500 trust Flowcode to power privacy‑compliant engagement.
* THE MISSION: TURN IRL MOMENTS INTO PIPELINE * We build the next generation of marketing by linking the physical with the digital. As an Associate Field Marketing Manager you will run a sharp, sales‑aligned B2B events program—executive dinners, roundtables, conferences and partner activations that drive meetings, accelerate deals and deliver revenue.
* WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING *
Execute high‑impact B2B events, hosted and third‑party. Own event plans end‑to‑end: venue research, vendor coordination, run‑of‑show, guest experience, onsite operations and post‑event follow‑up. Partner with Sales/SDRs to craft invite lists, outreach support, RSVP tracking and meeting scheduling tied to target accounts. Ensure each event is built around a clean “why attend” value proposition and a premium, detail‑perfect experience. Manage day‑to‑day coordination: confirmations, reminders, attendance reconciliation, onsite check‑in and routing leads to the right owners. Help build repeatable event playbooks: templates, timelines and follow‑up steps. Track performance across key metrics: RSVP rate, attendance rate, meetings set/held, cost per attendee, cost per meeting and pipeline influence. Maintain event tracking and reporting hygiene in CRM and internal systems for measurable impact and continuous improvement. Run fast retros after every activation and turn learnings into better execution next time. * WHO YOU ARE: REQUIREMENTS & SPIRIT *
NYC‑based: You thrive in a fast‑paced, in‑office environment and can be in our SoHo HQ. 3–5 years experience in marketing (field/events, community, partnerships, demand gen, or brand) with real exposure to executing events. Comfortable in the details: timelines, guest lists, vendor coordination and onsite problem‑solving. Strong written and verbal communication skills, representing Flowcode professionally with customers, partners and vendors. Hands‑on, willing to carry boxes for perfect experience. *
The Hustle: You move quickly and don’t need perfect conditions to produce excellent work. The Scrapper: You execute at ground level but think one level up—always asking “what outcome are we driving?” The Communicator: Clear, concise, dependable. Summarize what matters and what’s next. Metric‑minded: You care about results, not just effort—events should drive meetings and momentum. * Nice to Have *
Experience supporting B2B events that target marketing leadership (CMOs, VP Marketing, Growth). Familiarity with HubSpot, event tools (Splash/Cvent) and basic reporting. Interest in MarTech / AdTech / B2B SaaS—and a desire to grow into an owner of the channel. * WHY JOIN FLOWCODE? * You’ll get real reps running high‑visibility events with a team that moves fast and cares about outcomes. Build a career in field marketing the right way: close to sales, close to customers, and close to the moments that matter. * This is an in‑office role at our beautiful Soho, NYC office. * We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. * A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job‑related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The current range for this role is up to $90k – $115k plus equity. *** #J-18808-Ljbffr
