Responsibilities

Participates with client and internal team to establish media goals, objectives and strategies for advertising campaigns. Studies demographic data and consumer profiles to identify desired target audiences for online advertising; draws POV from data. Evaluates editorial content and audience composition of a wide range of media vehicles to determine which would most effectively reach target audience. Negotiates independently with publishers. Works cross-functionally (particularly with creative and analytics). Contributes to media plan and client presentation. Daily internal team contact and ongoing tactical contact with clients Completes month-end billing in partnership with the account management team Emerging expertise across Prisma: executes placements, maintains quality control on placements, handles back-end billing. Assists in training and mentorship of Media Coordinators. Participates in shared learning and works with Sr. Media Planners to help put together POVs across the department. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a four-year, accredited college or university. 1+ years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Has completed a straight-forward media plan independently. Has shown the ability to analyze data and glean relevant insights. Has presented information/plans clearly to clients (in writing and verbally). Has demonstrated emerging relationship skills (clients, internal team and publishers). Has developed a good working knowledge of web media process, terms, publishers and products. Has mastered internal planning tools (e.g. Atlas, DoubleClick). Has demonstrated basic mentoring skills.
