Role Summary
This role is responsible for helping launch and grow
Wroom Hub , a professional platform for AI filmmakers that blends
showcase, discovery, and creative iteration .
This role focuses on
building and nurturing a partner creator community
— AI filmmakers whose work, experiments, and collaborations form the core of the platform itself.
Success means attracting the right creators, supporting their visibility and creative momentum, and translating their activity into a credible signal for studios, brands, and IP partners.
⚡ Please note: This is a remote position and equity-based only. You'll be joining as part of the founding team, with the opportunity to grow alongside the company.
Core Focus Areas 1.
Creator Community Growth
Identify and recruit AI filmmakers, storytellers, and creative technologists aligned with Wroom Hub’s vision.
Onboard creators as
partners and contributors .
Support creators in:
showcasing finished films
sharing early experiments
collaborating with other creators
Build trust, continuity, and long-term relationships within the creator community.
Key distinction:
creators are building their AI film professional presence on Wroom Hub, not marketing for it.
Shape how creator content appears and circulates on the platform.
Encourage a healthy mix of:
polished work
short-form experiments and hooks
Help define content norms that prioritize:
creative credibility
process visibility
Surface standout work that reflects the future of AI filmmaking.
Help articulate what Wroom Hub is — and is not — across:
creators
brands
IP holders
Align messaging with creator motivations:
legitimacy
discovery
career-building
creative freedom

Early-Stage Growth Experiments
Run lightweight, fast experiments to:
attract new creators
increase uploads and collaboration
test referral or invite-based growth
Explore organic channels where AI filmmakers already gather (Discords, festivals, online communities, events).
Share insights with product and leadership to guide iteration.
Support early conversations between creators and:
brands
IP partners
Signals Track meaningful indicators of platform health:
creator activation
uploads
collaborations formed
What This Role Is Not
Not influencer seeding or paid creator campaigns
Not social media posting for reach
Not brand marketing or ads-led growth
Not transactional creator relationships
Ideal Profile
Experience with creator platforms, early-stage startups, or creative communities.
Strong empathy for artists and technologists.
Comfortable operating without a playbook.
Curious about AI, filmmaking, and emerging creative workflows.
Able to balance creator trust with platform growth.
