Marketing Specialist The Marketing Specialist’s main responsibilities will be to support the development and execution of effective marketing strategies and various marketing campaigns. The Specialist is responsible for delivering innovative, creative marketing/sales collateral in conjunction with providing support for the sales team. This position provides expertise in creative digital content development and graphic support, as well as new and innovative ways of marketing product to advance company growth. Serves as design point person to produce sales collateral for customer-facing and internal projects.
Day-to-Day Duties And Responsibilities
Execute marketing activities to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement in a B2B space
Develop and implement a content calendar for LinkedIn and email that aligns with overall marketing objectives
Manage the company's LinkedIn presence, including creating and curating content, engaging with followers, and leveraging LinkedIn's features for brand promotion and thought leadership
Develop and deploy email campaigns, create email templates, and manage mailing lists. Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns to sales team for follow-up
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, and other teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure marketing strategies and tactics align with best practices
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
Develop and update product sell sheets, decks, and collateral
Create high-quality copywriting to highlight unique product offerings
Organize and keep updated online assets: marketing graphics, collateral, high-res images, fonts, logos, etc.
Create designs and concepts, both digital & print, for sales and advertising needs including print materials, email templates and more.
Qualifications
In Person Role- St. Louis office
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Interactive Digital Media, or related field
3+ years of experience in a marketing role
Must have previous experience creating marketing strategies and managing projects
Experience with traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
Previous experience managing an internal team and coordinating outside resources
Excellent writing skills combined with dynamic verbal and presentation skills
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to manage own workflow
Accountable, self-starter who is flexible, highly adaptable and able to work at a fast pace
Candidate should be extremely organized, detail-oriented and possess an ability to learn quickly, multi-task and know how to prioritize duties to meet requests and deadlines
Experience with HubSpot CRM a plus
Exposure to email marketing campaign set up and execution desirable
Proficiency in the following computer applications: Adobe Creative Cloud (Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Powerpoint, Excel
