Job Summary:

ESS is seeking a driven and experienced

Client Relationship Manager

with a strong background in the

Multifamily industry

to join our growing corporate team. This role is responsible for understanding client staffing needs, developing strategic partnerships, driving new business, and supporting ongoing market expansion in the

Dallas, TX area .

Responsibilities

Understand and assess client staffing needs to provide effective workforce solutions

Build, manage, and grow relationships with Multifamily property management companies

Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads within targeted companies

Develop and execute strategies to win new clients and expand existing accounts

Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales activity targets

Conduct on-site property visits and represent ESS at industry events and networking functions

Track pipeline activity and performance using CRM and ATS systems

Meet and exceed defined KPI and performance goals

Design, implement, and evaluate weekly email marketing campaigns

Analyze campaign metrics and adjust outreach and marketing strategies based on results

Support social media marketing initiatives and assist with broader marketing strategies

Collaborate with internal recruiting and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Qualifications

Prior Multifamily industry experience (required)

Sales, business development, or client relationship management experience preferred

Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel

Experience using ATS and CRM platforms

Strong understanding of sales metrics, KPIs, and performance-driven environments

Experience with email marketing campaigns, social media marketing, and basic marketing strategy execution

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Professional, confident, and relationship-driven mindset

Comfortable with site visits, events, and travel

Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

Schedule

Monday - Friday

Occasional evenings/weekends for events or travel
