Responsibilities

Create, curate, and publish high-quality, engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn). Collaborate with Communications Director. Monitor and respond to comments, as needed. Maintain consistent brand voice. Qualifications

Strong understanding of SEO and social media best practices. Experience with Canva or similar tools. Time management and organization skills. Located in or near Los Angeles, preferred. How to Stand Out

LGBTQ+ Community Experience, Allyship, and Intersectionality: Strong personal, professional, or lived experience with LGBTQ+ communities, either as a member or through committed allyship, with a deep understanding of intersectionality and how various identities (e.g., race, gender, socioeconomic status) intersect with LGBTQ+ experiences. Collaborative Leadership and Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to work effectively with board members, volunteers, and external partners to achieve organizational goals. Demonstrates strong communication skills to engage, inspire, and maintain relationships with diverse perspectives and experiences.
