We are looking for someone motivated to serve new and existing customers and assisting in general sales revenue via outbound sales methods.

Key Responsibilities: Efficiently handle inbound calls and electronic communications as assigned Manage customer and sales inquiries and provide exceptional service and sales support Prepare quotes and shipping estimates, arrange sample requests, build proofs, enter and process orders from start to finish, etc. in order management system Efficiently manage time to respond to customer inquiries, follow up on quotes and close held orders, and manage outbound calls from assigned calling campaigns Multitask by documenting customer requests with accuracy and ensuring detail of any issues while conversing with customers Qualifications: 1+ years of customer service and sales/upselling High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and any CRM Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
