What you’ll do
Service, troubleshoot, and repair a full range of residential heating and cooling systems
Perform HVAC maintenance and HVAC service & installation with an eye for quality and safety
Apply strong electrical troubleshooting and diagnose HVAC/R systems and refrigerants
Communicate findings, provide options, and support homeowners with confident sales recommendations
Leverage mobile tools (smartphone/tablet) and, when applicable, tools like ServiceTitan
What you bring
3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
Demonstrated leadership on jobsites and with customers
EPA certification and completion of an HVAC training program
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
Comfort working in extreme temperatures and at heights; able to lift up to 50 lbs
Confident with a smartphone and tablet
Bonus points
Experience with ServiceTitan
Journeyman’s License and/or OSHA 10-Hour certification
Background in outside sales
