
ROEN is a fine jewelry house redefining what modern luxury means—through masterful craftsmanship, intuitive design, and deeply personal relationships. We’re looking for a charismatic, driven, and analytical client advisor to help us scale our bespoke engagement ring and fine jewelry business.
This is not a traditional retail sales job. You’ll be building real relationships, advising on one of the most meaningful purchases in someone’s life, and playing a key role in scaling a high-growth brand. You’ll have the tools, team, and mentorship to grow a strong client base—and earn accordingly.

Own client relationships from first inquiry to final delivery—guiding them with clarity, confidence, and care Translate complex information about diamonds and design into clear, compelling insights Tailor every interaction to each client’s needs, values, and aesthetic Close deals and drive referrals through trust, taste, and thoughtful follow-up Client Experience & Project Management
Own the full bespoke journey from inquiry to delivery, ensuring every milestone stays on track Manage timelines, production steps, and vendor coordination with precision Maintain clean CRM updates, trackers, and internal notes to ensure transparency and seamless handoffs Anticipate client needs and serve as a steady point of contact throughout Ensure each experience reflects ROEN’s highest standards of care, detail, and responsiveness Business Development
Identify opportunities to grow client relationships and expand visibility through partnerships, stylists, and PR Contribute to lead nurturing, client outreach, and conversion strategies Collaborate with the marketing team to bring client stories and design education to life Who We’re Looking For
