Regional Sales Manager
with a strong background in the staffing industry. In this role, you will drive business growth by building new partnerships, strengthening client relationships, and executing strategies that deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate is results-driven, strategic, and brings an established record of success in business development.
Identify and secure new business opportunities within the staffing industry
Build, manage, and expand long-term client relationships
Maintain existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and continued growth
Apply strategic thinking and planning to achieve business objectives
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
3–4 years of business development experience in the staffing industry (required)
Demonstrated success in executing business development strategies
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to leverage an existing or past client portfolio immediately
Highly motivated, focused, and goal-oriented
