About the Role We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Travel Sales Manager to support multiple spa locations across the United States. In this role, you will engage directly with clients, provide expert guidance on services, and maximize sales opportunities. The goal is to drive revenue growth while delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients to explain and recommend spa services and packages
Upsell and cross-sell based on client needs and preferences
Meet daily and location-based sales targets
Build rapport with clients to encourage repeat visits
Adapt quickly to new locations and spa teams
Track client interactions and maintain accurate records
Participate in training and implement company sales procedures
Collaborate with spa leadership to support overall business goals
Travel & Perks
Assignments across various U.S. spa locations
All work-related travel expenses covered (flights, lodging, rental cars, fuel)
Base pay: $3,500/month plus commission (3%, 5%, 7% based on performance)
Potential for six-figure annual earnings for consistent high performers
Requirements
Previous sales experience, preferably in customer-facing or client service roles
Strong interpersonal, communication, and closing skills
Comfortable with frequent U.S. travel
Self-motivated, coachable, and results-oriented
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications a plus
