About the Role We are looking for a Traveling Sales Manager to work on-site across multiple spa locations nationwide. This role is designed for sales professionals who are comfortable relocating short-term, working directly with clients, and driving daily sales performance in an established, high-demand environment.
Client traffic is already in place. Your role is to convert opportunities into results through strong communication, product knowledge, and consistent execution.
Pay & Incentives
$3,500 monthly base compensation
Performance-based commission tiers at 3 percent, 5 percent, and 7 percent
Annual compensation varies by performance, with top contributors reaching six-figure earnings
Travel Support This position requires frequent travel to different U.S. locations. All necessary business travel expenses are covered by the company, including:
Flights
Lodging arrangements
Transportation and fuel
No personal travel expenses are required for this role.
Responsibilities
Engage clients during in-spa consultations to promote services and packages
Increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling
Meet daily and weekly sales targets
Integrate quickly into new spa teams and locations
Follow company sales procedures and training guidelines
Maintain professionalism while representing the brand on-site
