Overview We are expanding operations at a new spa location and are seeking a Traveling Client Sales Lead to support on‑site revenue efforts. This position focuses on direct client interaction, service education, and converting in‑location opportunities into sales.
This is not a lead‑generation role. Client traffic is already present. The role centers on execution, consistency, and adaptability while working in different spa environments.
Pay Structure
Monthly base compensation of $3,500
Performance‑based commission ranging from 3 percent to 7 percent
Overall compensation depends on individual results and consistency
Travel Assignment This role requires relocation between spa locations based on business needs. All required work travel is coordinated and paid for by the company, including airfare, accommodations, and local transportation.
No personal travel expenses are required.
Day‑to‑Day Focus
Educate clients on available services and packages
Recommend upgrades and additional treatments when appropriate
Support location revenue goals through daily sales activity
Integrate into new spa teams quickly and professionally
Follow established sales processes and operational standards
Maintain accurate communication with leadership
What This Role Requires We provide the infrastructure, client demand, and logistical support. To be successful, candidates must demonstrate:
Confidence in face‑to‑face sales conversations
Strong listening and objection‑handling skillsWillingness to receive coaching and direction
Ability to perform in busy, service‑driven environments
Flexibility to work in changing locations and schedules
This role is measured by performance and contribution.
Advancement Sales leads who consistently meet expectations may be considered for additional responsibilities or future remote opportunities, depending on business needs and performance.
