This role involves working directly with clients, assisting with consultations, and helping drive location-level revenue. The position requires flexibility, travel readiness, and the ability to adapt to different teams and environments.
Primary Duties
Support client consultations and service selection
Assist with closing sales for spa services and programs
Work alongside local teams to maintain sales standards
Track sales activity and follow internal reporting guidelines
Represent the company professionally across all locations
Follow established pricing, compliance, and sales procedures
Candidate Profile
Experience in sales, hospitality, wellness, or customer-facing roles
Comfortable working with performance goals
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to travel to multiple locations as assigned
Organized, dependable, and adaptable
