Role Description
This is a full-time, on-the-road role located in Denver, CO for an Outside Sales Specialist. The primary responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing sales operations, and supporting the inside sales team. This role requires prospecting and developing new business within an assigned territory, while growing and managing existing accounts to increase sales volume. Qualifications
Background in agriculture, horticulture, seed, turf, or related industries Proven experience in outside sales, territory management, or business-to-business sales Strong ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and comfort working independently Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills Comfortable with frequent local travel and in-person customer visits Strong time management and organizational skills Proficiency with CRM systems and basic sales reporting tools Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Knowledge of seasonal buying patterns and production cycles Experience selling to growers, retailers, landscapers, or ag suppliers
