What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Design, deliver, and manage training programs for the sales team, including onboarding and skills development

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create effective sales tools and resources

Analyze sales processes and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

Evaluate and manage sales enablement technologies and tools

Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives for achieving targets

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Proven experience of 4+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or a related role

Strong understanding of sales processes and best practices

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive decision-making

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Advanced degree or certifications in sales enablement or training

Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies, such as CRM systems

Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate a team

Strong project management skills and attention to detail
