What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Manage logistics and inventory for field assets, ensuring timely availability for events

Oversee end-of-month reporting, including expense reconciliation and data organization

Facilitate the contract and invoice process for the Field and Event Marketing teams

Support Partner Account Managers in organizing local events, including venue sourcing and logistics

Tackle various administrative projects and special missions to support team growth

What is Required (Qualifications)

2–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, project coordination, or event logistics

Proven experience managing concurrent projects or event efforts with attention to detail

Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with a high-growth mindset

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with modern workplace tools (G‑Suite, Slack, Salesforce)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Familiarity with project management platforms like Smartsheet

Experience in a high-growth tech environment

Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to change
