Independently manage the end-to-end planning and execution of multiple tradeshows and field marketing events Oversee logistical planning, including venue sourcing, registration setup, and vendor coordination Serve as the primary project manager, establishing timelines and ensuring deliverables are met Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and high-quality event experiences Manage budgets and financial tracking for assigned events, identifying risks and opportunities What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on event management experience, particularly with tradeshows and field marketing events Proven ability to independently manage events from planning to on-site execution Strong project management skills, including managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders Experience with event-level budget ownership and financial tracking Proficiency in tools such as Cvent, Salesforce, Captello, and Airtable How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with various teams Experience troubleshooting issues in real-time during live events Adaptability to work in dynamic environments with shifting priorities We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
