Responsibilities
Plan and execute luxury hospitality experiences at major sporting events, ensuring seamless navigation of high-security environments
Own the event calendar and develop strategies to maximize ROI and engagement for each event
Prepare "Investor Briefs" and materials for executive meetings, facilitating smooth networking
Manage vendor relations, negotiate contracts, and oversee event budgets
Proactively solve problems and anticipate challenges to ensure successful event execution
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in event management, field marketing, or executive relations
Proven track record managing logistics for major sporting or entertainment events
Strong written communication skills for drafting briefs and executive communications
Ability to travel roughly every other month for on-site execution
Familiarity with event and project management tools, including Salesforce and Cvent
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of the Private Equity landscape or SaaS investment ecosystem
Experience in high-profile environments interfacing with high-net-worth individuals and executives
