What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage logistical and coordination tasks for 100+ annual events, including registrations and vendor interactions
Establish and maintain processes for tracking event supplies and inventory management
Take ownership of event tech stack and enhance Salesforce reporting to track event ROI
Provide support through meticulous expense management and budget tracking
Engage in the physical aspects of event production, including setting up booths and managing onsite logistics
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in event management within a high‑growth environment
Proven experience with sales‑driven events and understanding their impact on revenue
Strong proficiency in Salesforce with the ability to build reports tracking ROI and performance
Exceptional organizational skills with a disciplined approach to project management
Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, startup environment and engaging in hands‑on event production
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working in a startup environment
Familiarity with event management tools such as Cvent or Airtable
Ability to analyze data and provide insights for event improvement
Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in team settings
