About the Role Solena Estate is seeking a creative, strategic, and people-savvy Marketing & Guest Experience Manager to lead our tasting room team and drive customer engagement through compelling content and data-informed marketing. This role sits at the intersection of digital marketing, and hospitality leadership. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the tasting room experience while also crafting and executing digital campaigns that connect with our audience and elevate our brand — both in-person and online.

Key Responsibilities

With e-commerce manager: Help plan and create original content for social media, email marketing, and website (copywriting, photography, short-form video, etc.)

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive visits, conversions, and wine club signups

Analyze guest behavior and sales data (POS, CRM, website traffic) to segment audiences and optimize messaging

Help manage winery’s digital calendar for promotions, releases, events, and seasonal content

Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints, from digital content to on-site signage

Guest Experience & Hospitality Leadership

Lead and coach the tasting room staff to deliver elevated, brand-aligned guest experiences

Train team members to support promotions and digital offers in the tasting room

Implement systems to improve workflow, customer feedback tracking, and team communication

Collaborate with the winemaking and events teams to promote launches and special experiences

Occasionally support events or busy tasting room days as needed (this is primarily a leadership role, not floor-based)

Who You Are

A creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and hospitality

Analytical and strategic — you love turning data into action

Skilled in content creation: writing, photography, video (basic editing or use of tools like Canva or Adobe a plus)

Organized and self-directed, able to manage multiple projects and work with a small team

A great communicator who connects well with guests and staff alike

Wine knowledge is a plus, but not required — curiosity and willingness to learn are key

Qualifications

Experience managing or mentoring a small team

Strong writing and visual content skills (portfolio or examples encouraged)

Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Office, Canva, Mailchimp, Instagram, Facebook, and basic analytics platforms

Familiarity with POS or CRM platforms (Tock, Commerce7, etc.) a plus

Availability to work Saturdays and occasional winery event days
