Overview
Reporting to the US Director, Field Engagement Evolution, the Respiratory Business Unit (BU) Field Capabilities Lead will own field capabilities that enable multi-channel commercial engagement. The role leads projects from ideation through implementation, partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, DHH, and Compliance/Legal to deliver innovative solutions that increase customer relevance and support Respiratory BU’s commercial strategy. Key focus areas include Field Copilot, Field Suggestions, and Managed Care capabilities.
Primary Responsibilities
Capability ownership: Manage the field capability portfolio (Field Copilot, Field Suggestions, Managed Care and Future AI Capabilities), prioritize enhancements and oversee lifecycle management.
End to end project leadership: Own projects from ideation through implementation—define objectives, build roadmaps, secure resources, manage timelines and deliver on schedule.
Stakeholder coordination: Serve as the central point of contact for Marketing, Sales, DHH, Compliance/Legal to keep work aligned and moving.
CRT/medical legal delivery: Lead the end-to-end CRT review and delivery process to ensure compliant, timely rollout of materials and capabilities.
Test and learn and measurement: Run pilots and experiments, define success metrics with analytics partners, measure results and scale successful approaches.
Change management and realization: Drive adoption through training, communications and operational changes so capabilities deliver the intended business impact.
Agile delivery: Use agile practices to iterate quickly, prioritize work based on value and accelerate validated solutions.
Position Qualifications Education
Minimum Requirement: BA/BS degree
Required Skills And Competencies
Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, account management and/or headquarters.
Highly developed analytical skills, strong problem-solving, and demonstrated ability to think strategically and objectively; innovative thinking and exceptional business acumen.
Demonstrated, consistent strong leadership skills and an ability to work independently and deal well with ambiguity.
Proven peer leadership and ability to collaborate with and coordinate activity among individuals in different reporting structures within the organization.
Excellent project management and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to understand, distill and communicate complex information for specific audiences.
Strong executive presence and ability to speak with courage and candor.
Solid understanding of compliance-related concepts and the importance of compliance in all job-related functions.

Hybrid Work Model Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid model consisting of three total days on-site per week, Monday - Thursday, with Friday remote, unless business critical tasks require on-site presence. This does not apply to field-based positions, site-based roles, or roles designated as remote.
Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this role is $142,400.00 - $224,100.00. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement (401(k)), paid holidays, vacation, and sick days.
