
Trade Marketing Analyst - Club Retail

Our client, a respected leader in the food industry, is seeking an experienced Trade Marketing Analyst (Club-Retail) who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and operate effectively across sales, project management, customer support, and executive operations.
This role is central to sales execution, customer engagement, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, clear communication, and consistent follow-through, with the ability to manage details while keeping broader objectives in view.
What You'll Do:
Own successful, on-schedule, and in-scope delivery of ongoing club and retail sales initiatives Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation from initiation through closure Coordinate internal teams and third-party partners to ensure seamless execution Oversee project resources and budgets, including quarterly budget reviews and annual budget preparation Collaborate with global purchasing on pricing, terms, and assessments related to rice, grains, and international sourcing Communicate across multiple stakeholders to plan and execute demos, track demo budgets, analyze post-event performance, and report results Prepare executive-level reports and insights on club trends, product performance, distribution channels, and regional or international opportunities Support senior leadership in strengthening relationships with major national and international retail partners Act as liaison with international partners, including Asia-based vendors and retail teams Customer Success Management
Serve as a cross-functional advocate for customers, working closely with sales, finance, operations, and logistics Manage distribution of product samples for sales presentations and prospective buyers Create and distribute sales sheets and customer materials Escalate non-routine issues that could impact service or delivery Respond to and route customer inquiries, product requests, and service concerns with professionalism and urgency Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the sales organization Build, organize, and maintain sales presentations and supporting materials Coordinate schedules, travel, meetings, and virtual calls Prepare and submit monthly expense reports Provide ad-hoc administrative support to international offices as needed What You'll Need:
Experience in sales project management, customer success, sales operations, or a hybrid role supporting complex accounts Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines without sacrificing accuracy Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Comfortable interfacing with senior leadership, external partners, and international teams Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
